In June 2024, I made the conscious decision that I would not return to corporate and nonprofit world for the time being. By October 2024, I decided to try revisiting my dream and passion of music, and by October 2025, I fully decided that I was a full-time musician. And during this time I was putting a lot of my efforts in ‘Ukulele with Mele—it just sort of all happened without trying!
However, during this time, I realized that the ecosystem of bartering was becoming more popular in my friend circles. And indeed, I have many, many skills I’ve acquired over the years being a woman of color who has had no other choice than to. Below are some of the organizations I have worked with and some of the offerings I have. If any of them speak to you, let’s dive a bit deeper in seeing which you can agree would be equitable for your service offering.
I care about the earth and my cultures. In my thirties, I was blessed as a shaman in the Philippines. I don’t see my work as a shaman any separate from who I am in all of the spaces I occupy. Furthermore, I bring the energy necessary in those moments when we are working alongside one another.
Values-Oriented
I value people, kindness, compassion, and aloha in everything I do.
E Hele Me Ka Pu’olo
In Hawaiian, there is a proverb that speaks to my core. Always leave a place better than when you found it.

Creativity In Everything
I embody artistry in all its forms.
Flexible Scheduling
Sometimes what we plan for doesn’t always pan out that way… especially the date and times we set in advance. Things change. I’m flexible.

There are a bunch of things not listed here. However, this is a good start of what clients have paid for over the years.
